To Enroll your child please follow the steps below:

1- Please download the Registration Form and the Liability Form, scan them, and upload them here.

2- Answer Questions Below with your child's information. Next, Attach waiver and registration forms on the link that says "click here". Press "send" once completed.

3- Pay in full by sending a Venmo or Zelle payment to Venmo:
